ONLINE ORDERING
To place an order from our web site, browse the the product
details page and simply click on the Order Now button to
place the item in your virtual shopping cart. You will be
taken to a secure page that will list the items in your
cart where you may choose to edit the qty. or remove the
item from your cart. From there, you can click the link
to continue shopping, or you may choose to complete the
transaction process. We will ask you for your name, address,
billing information and shipping information. To view the
contents of your cart, click the shopping cart link at the
top of all the pages of the site. If you have any questions
about the Internet ordering process, please email our Customer
Service Department.
SECURITY
Our shopping cart process uses state-of-the-art data encryption
technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration
of your user information. Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encrypt
the information sent between your computer and our database.
In addition, we use Internet fraud screening to protect
your credit card transactions. To be sure you're browsing
secure pages, check your Web browser's status bar (located
at the bottom of the window) for the closed padlock icon.
This icon appears in the latest versions of Internet Explorer
and Netscape Navigator to tell you that you are viewing
a secure web page.
We also protect your purchase by preventing the shipment
of merchandise to a fraudulent address. All billing addresses
are verified electronically and all alternate shipping addresses
are verified manually. Any customer shipping to and address
that differs from the billing address must put this alternate
address on file with his or her credit card company. We
then call the credit card issuer to verify that the customer
has indeed put the information on file.

back order information or technical specifications, please

MAIL-ORDERS
For credit card orders, please include your Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express account number and expiration
date. For prepaid orders, include your check or money order,
payable to ITG Marine (do not send cash). We can not accept
post-dated, counter, or third-party checks. Paying by personal
check may delay your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship our products outside the U.S. on a case by case
basis. Freight charges for international shipments are dependent
upon dimensions and weight of the package(s). All expenses
will be listed on the invoice enclosed with the order. Any
applicable duties, taxes, and custom charges are the responsibility
of the customer.
HANDLING
We do not charge a handling fee.
